fa طراحی و اعتبار سنجی مدل مفهومی دانشگاه مهارت محور: رویکرد تلفیقی مدیریت آموزش در آموزش عالی managing education in higher education پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و اعتبارسنجی مدل مفهومی دانشگاه مهارت محور با رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، با بهره گیری از رویکرد نظریه پردازی داده بنیاد با الگوی اشتراوس و کوربین، داده های حاصل از 20 مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه ارومیه گردآوری و با نرم افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">MAXQDA</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل گردید. نتایج این بخش منجر به شناسایی پنج مولفه ی اصلی شامل بازآرایی برنامه درسی، توانمندسازی منابع انسانی، تقویت تعاملات بیرونی، بازطراحی زیرساخت و فناوری، و سیاست گذاری و حمایت نهادی شد. در بخش کمی، به منظور اعتبارسنجی مدل مفهومی استخراج شده، جامعه آماری شامل کلیه ی دانشجویان دانشگاه ارومیه بود که از میان آن ها 250 نفر با روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای تصادفی متناسب انتخاب شدند. داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخته بر اساس یافته های کیفی گردآوری و با استفاده از نرم افزار </span></span>&nbsp;<span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Smart pls3</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> تحلیل گردید. یافته ها نشان داد که تمامی مولفه ها در تحقق دانشگاه مهارت محور دارای تاثیر معنادار هستند و شاخص برازش کلی مدل(</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">466/</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">0 </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">GOF=</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">) بیانگر اعتبار و انسجام نظری مدل نهایی است. بر این اساس، مدل ارائه شده می تواند به عنوان چارچوبی بومی و کاربردی برای هدایت دانشگاه ها به سوی مهارت محوری و ارتقای اشتغال پذیری دانشجویان مورد استفاده سیاست گذاران آموزش عالی قرار گیرد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The present study aimed to design and validate a conceptual model of the skill-oriented university using an exploratory mixed-method approach. In the qualitative phase, based on the grounded theory approach of Strauss and Corbin, data were collected through 20 semi-structured interviews with faculty members of the University of Urmia and analyzed using MAXQDA software through three stages of open, axial, and selective coding. The findings of this phase led to the identification of five main components, including curriculum reorganization, human resource empowerment, strengthening external interactions, infrastructure and technology redesign, and institutional policymaking and support. In the quantitative phase, to validate the extracted conceptual model, the statistical population included all students of the University of Urmia, among whom 250 individuals were selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire developed based on the qualitative findings and analyzed by SmartPLS3 software. The results indicated that all components had significant effects on achieving a skill-oriented university, and the overall model fit index (GOF=0.466) confirmed the validity and theoretical coherence of the final model.
