رابطه بین سازمان یادگیرنده و یادگیری سازمانی با نقش میانجی توانمندسازی کارکنان آموزش و پرورش شرق استان مازندران

هدف این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه بین سازمان یادگیرنده و یادگیری سازمانی با نقش میانجی توانمندسازی کارکنان آموزش و
پرورش شرق استان مازندران می‌باشد. روش پژوهش از نوع هدف کاربردی و از نظر اجرا توصیفی-همبستگی بوده است. جامعه -
آماری پژوهش شامل تمام کارکنان آموزش و پرورش شرق استان مازندران به تعداد 147 نفر میباشد، که حجم نمونه بعلت کم
بودن جامعه آماری همه جامعه به روش سر شماری انتخاب گردید. ابزارهای سنجش شامل پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد سازمان
یادگیرنده، یادگیری سازمانی و توانمندسازی بود که برای روایی آنها از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شد. ضریب پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای سازمان یادگیرنده 95 / 0 ،یادگیری سازمانی 94 / 0 ، توانمندسازی 91 / 0 برآورد شد. دادهها با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار SPSS
و PLS تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که رابطه معناداری بین سازمان یادگیرنده با یادگیری سازمانی و توانمندسازی کارکنان وجود دارد. همچنین بین یادگیری سازمانی و توانمندسازی کارکنان رابطه وجود دارد. علاوه بر این، متغیر توانمندسازی در رابطه بین سازمان یادگیرنده و یادگیری سازمانی کارکنان نقش میانجی دارد.
