بررسی اثر اینترنت اشیا بر توسعه و آموزش منابع انسانی در سازمان (مورد مطالعه: سازمان هواپیمایی کشور)

اینترنت اشیا پدیده‌ای نوپاست که نحوه تعامل ما را با محیط اطرافمان دچار تغییر و تحول کرده است و بر همه بخش‌های زندگی و محیط کار اثرگذار است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر اینترنت اشیا بر توسعه و آموزش نیروی انسانی در سازمان است. پژوهش پیش رو جز تحقیقات کاربردی است و روش پژوهش توصیفی-پیمایشی محسوب می‌شود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کارکنان شرکت‌های هواپیمایی تشکیل دادند که تعداد 220 نفر از اعضای جامعه با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند و داده‌های حاصل از جمع‌آوری پرسشنامه با روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار smart PLS و spss تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل شد. برای سنجش روایی پرسشنامه از روایی صوری و روایی همگرا استفاده شده است. بدین صورت که پرسشنامه‌ها به تعدادی از صاحب‌نظران و کارشناسان داده شد و از آنها در مورد سوالات نظرخواهی گردید که به اتفاق پرسشنامه را تأیید نمودند. برای بررسی پایایی پرسشنامه معادلات ساختاری از روش آلفای کرونباخ با مقدار 791/0 و پایایی ترکیبی استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد پیاده‌سازی اینترنت اشیا بر کیفیت اطلاعات و کیفیت ارتباطات اثر مثبت و معنی‌دار دارد و اثر مثبت و معنی‌دار کیفیت اطلاعات و کیفیت ارتباطات بر توسعه و آموزش منابع انسانی تأیید شد. در این پژوهش تأثیر پیاده‌سازی اینترنت اشیا بر آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی بررسی شده است که می‌تواند انگیزه‌ای برای مدیران منابع انسانی ایجاد کند تا از روش‌های نوین آموزشی بهره بگیرند.
