The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by obtaining the opinion of professors. The reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.910 for organizational coaching, 0.910 for public service motivation, and 0.916 for positive organizational behavior). Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data using SPSS and Smart PLS software. Findings show that organizational coaching affects public service motivation.
