Explaining the Relationship between the Net Generation Teachers' Work Value and their Perception in Non-Work Use of Organizational Technologies: The Mediator Role of Cyber Citizenship Behavior

The aim of study was to explaining the relationship between the net generation teachers' work value and their perception in non-work use of organizational technologies and the mediator role of cyber citizenships teachers of secondary school in Shiraz. The statistical population included all Secondary school teachers in Shiraz that among them, 291 teachers were selected by simple random sampling method. The tools of this research include cyber citizenship behavior scale by UNESCO, job values of net generation ​​Garrosy and non-work use of organizational technologies Stradar et al. After calculating their validity and reliability, they were distributed among the samples and the data were analyzed using structural equation model. The findings showed that job values of net generation ​​are a positive and significant predictor of the non-work use of organizational technologies. In addition, teachers' cyber citizenship behavior is a negative and significant predictor of non-work use of organizational technology, while this variable does not have a mediating role in the relationship between job values of net generation ​​and non-work use of organizational technology.
