fa طراحی الگوی مدرسه کارآفرین در نظام آموزش عمومی با تأکید بر توسعه مهارت‌های کارآفرینی و اشتغال‌پذیری دانش‌آموزان مدیریت آموزش در آموزش و پرورش managing education in education پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی الگوی مدرسه کارآفرین در نظام آموزش عمومی، با تأکید بر توسعه مهارت‌های کارآفرینی و اشتغال‌پذیری دانش‌آموزان، با مطالعه‌ای در استان سیستان و بلوچستان انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر رویکرد، کیفی با پارادایم تفسیری است. جامعه پژوهش شامل صاحب‌نظران دانشگاهی، مدیران و کارشناسان اجرایی آشنا با حوزه کارآفرینی در آموزش عمومی استان سیستان و بلوچستان بود. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند و بر اساس اصل اشباع نظری انجام شد و در نهایت با ۱۳ نفر مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته صورت گرفت. داده‌های پژوهش از طریق مطالعات اسنادی و مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته گردآوری و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون تحلیل شدند. به‌منظور افزایش اعتمادپذیری یافته‌ها، معیارهای اعتبارپذیری، انتقال‌پذیری، قابلیت اتکا و تأییدپذیری به‌کار گرفته شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد الگوی مدرسه کارآفرین از چهار مؤلفه اصلی شامل نظام آموزشی مهارت‌محور، توانمندسازی حرفه‌ای معلمان و مدیران، تعامل مؤثر مدرسه با جامعه و محیط کار، و فرهنگ و نگرش کارآفرینانه در مدرسه و خانواده تشکیل شده است. این الگو مشتمل بر ۲۰ مولفه کلیدی و ۱۷۱ کد مفهومی است که چارچوبی منسجم برای توسعه مهارت‌های کارآفرینی و ارتقای اشتغال‌پذیری دانش‌آموزان در نظام آموزش عمومی فراهم می‌کند. بر این اساس، الگوی پیشنهادی می‌تواند به‌عنوان چارچوبی برای سیاست‌گذاری، برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی و بازطراحی برنامه‌های مدارس در راستای توسعه مهارت‌های کارآفرینی و ارتقای اشتغال‌پذیری دانش‌آموزان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد</span></span></span><i><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">.</span></span></i></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The present study aimed to develop an Entrepreneurial School Model within the public education system, with an emphasis on enhancing students&#39; entrepreneurial competencies and employability, through a case study conducted in Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Iran. In terms of purpose, the study was applied research, and in terms of approach, it adopted a qualitative design within the interpretivist paradigm. The research participants consisted of university scholars, educational administrators, and executive experts with specialized knowledge and experience in entrepreneurship education in Sistan and Baluchestan Province. Participants were selected using purposive sampling based on the principle of theoretical saturation, and semi-structured interviews were conducted with 13 experts. Data were collected through document analysis and semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. To enhance the trustworthiness of the findings, the criteria of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability were employed. The findings revealed that the proposed Entrepreneurial School Model comprises four overarching themes: a competency-based educational system, the professional empowerment of teachers and school leaders, effective school interaction with the community and the workplace, and an entrepreneurial culture and mindset within schools and families. These themes encompass 20 key components derived from 171 conceptual codes, providing a coherent framework for fostering entrepreneurial competencies and improving students&#39; employability within the public education system.
