fa الگوی اعتباربخشی مدارس ابتدایی غیردولتی مدیریت آموزش در آموزش و پرورش managing education in education پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="tab-stops:375.4pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">پژوهش کاربردی حاضر با هدف طراحی الگوی اعتباربخشی متناسب با مدارس ابتدایی غیردولتی با روش آمیخته اکتشافی متوالی انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی با روش تحلیل مضمون، ضمن بررسی و مطالعه 1٢٤ سند و برای دسترسی به داده‌های غنی با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند موارد مطلوب با 25 نفر از متخصصان و خبرگان تعلیم و تربیت، مصاحبه عمیق نیمه‌ساختاریافته تا رسیدن به حد اشباع نظری انجام گرفت. در ادامه با رویکرد استقرایی-استنتاجی مدل براون و کلارک، بعد از کدگذاری واحدهای معنایی، براساس مشابهت کدها به یکدیگر مقوله‌بندی شدند. در بخش کمی، با روش دلفی پیمایشی، اعتباریابی عوامل، ملاک‌ها و نشانگرهای شناسایی‌شده، </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">انجام شد</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">. برای ارائه الگوی اجرایی اعتباربخشی، با روش توصیفی-پیمایشی در قالب یک نمونه 113 نفری، وزن عامل‌ها، ملاک‌ها و نشانگرها، تعیین گردید. با استفاده از گروه اسمی، روند نصاب امتیازات مراحل و مقیاس ارزیابی برای سطوح اعتباربخشی مدرسه و اعتباریابی الگوی اجرایی انجام شد</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">.</span></span><b> </b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">الگوی پیشنهادی اعتباربخشی مدارس ابتدایی غیردولتی، شامل 7 عامل اصلی و 31 ملاک و 184 نشانگر پس از سه راند در پنل دلفی، انتخاب گردید. عوامل اصلی الگو و اوزان آنها عبارتند از: (راهبری و مدیریت (0.144)، برنامه درسی و تربیتی (0.281)، منابع انسانی (0.116)، پژوهش و نظارت آموزشی(0.078)، منابع مالی (0.081)، فضا، تجهیزات و فناوری (0.193)) و نظام رشدآفرین و انگیزشی (0.107). بنا به نتایج شاخص روایی و آزمون </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">t</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">، الگوهای مفهومی و اجرایی پیشنهادی، مناسب و معتبر ارزیابی و معرفی گردید. الگوی حاصل می‌تواند بمثابه یک راهنمای عمل در جهت ارزیابی کیفیت و تحقق مراتبی از تضمین کیفیت برنامه‌های تربیت تمام ساحتی نظام تعلیم و تربیت در سطح مدارس مورداستفاده قرار گیرد. پیشنهاد می‌گردد ضمن بهره‌گیری از الگوی پیشنهادی برای ارزیابی مدارس ابتدایی غیردولتی، برای هر دوره تحصیلی بنا به رسالت و مأموریت آموزش و پرورش کشور، اقدام به طراحی و اعتباریابی الگوی اعتباربخشی خاص آن دوره گردد</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The present applied research was conducted with the aim of designing an accreditation model appropriate for non-government elementary schools using a sequential mixed exploratory method. In the qualitative part, using the content analysis method, 124 documents were reviewed and in order to access rich data with targeted sampling of desirable items, in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with 25 experts until theoretical saturation was reached. Then, using the Brown and Clark approach, after coding, the codes were categorized based on their similarity to each other. In the quantitative part, using the Delphi survey method, the validation of the identified factors, criteria, and indicators was conducted. To present an implementation model of accreditation, the weights of factors, criteria, and indicators were determined using a descriptive-survey method in the form of a sample of 113 people. Using a nominal group, the process of the numeracy scores of the stages and the evaluation scale for the school accreditation levels and the validation of the implementation model were carried out. The proposed model for accreditation of non-government elementary schools, including 7 factors, 31 criteria, and 184 indicators, was selected after three rounds in the Delphi panel. The model factors and their weights are: (leadership and management (0.144), curriculum and education (0.281), human resources (0.116), educational research and supervision (0.078), financial resources (0.081), space, equipment, and technology (0.193)) and growth-generating and motivational system (0.107). According to the results of the validity index and t-test, the proposed conceptual and executive models were assessed as appropriate and valid. The resulting model can be used as a guide to action in assessing quality and realizing a degree of quality assurance at the school level.
