نقش مربیگری سازمانی در انگیزه خدمت عمومی با نقش میانجی رفتارسازمانی مثبت گرا (مورد مطالعه: کارکنان ستاد دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد)

هدف این پژوهش تأثیر مربیگری­ سازمانی بر انگیزه خدمت عمومی با نقش میانجی­گری رفتار سازمانی مثبت­گرا بوده است. روش پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، و از نظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی- پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری، کارکنان ستاد دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد (460 نفر) بود. نمونه­ 209 نفره، بر اساس فرمول کوکران و به روش تصادفی انتخاب شد. برای  گردآوری داده­ها از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد انگیزه خدمت عمومی، مربیگری سازمانی و رفتار سازمانی مثبت­گرا استفاده شده است. روایی پرسشنامه­ها از طریق اخذ نظر استادان تأیید شد. پایایی پرسشنامه ها با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، 910/0 برای مربیگری سازمانی، 910/0 برای انگیزه خدمت عمومی و 916/0 برای رفتارسازمانی مثبت­گرا مورد تأیید واقع شد. برای تحلیل داده­ها آمار توصیفی و استنباطی به کمک نرم­افزار PLS استفاده شد. یافته­ها نشان می­دهد که مربیگری سازمانی بر انگیزه خدمت عمومی تأثیرگذار است. رفتارسازمانی مثبت­گرا تأثیر مربیگری سازمانی بر انگیزه خدمت عمومی را میانجی­گری می­کند. تمامی ابعاد مربیگری سازمانی بر انگیزه خدمت عمومی تأثیرگذار است. همچنین از بین ابعاد رفتارسازمانی مثبت­گرا ابعاد خودکارآمدی، تاب آوری و مثبت‌اندیشی تأثیر مربیگری سازمانی بر انگیزه خدمت عمومی را میانجی­گری می­کند. مربیگری سازمانی بر انگیزه خدمت عمومی می افزاید و انگیزه خدمت عمومی تأثیر مثبتی بر عملکرد افراد و خدمت­رسانی به جامعه دارد. استفاده بهینه از ظرفیت­ها، ‌حالت­ها و توانمندی­های مثبت نیروی ­انسانی با رویه­ها و سیاست­های مثبت سازمانی می تواند بهره­وری و مزیت رقابتی را برای سازمان به ارمغان آورد. باید فضایی در سازمان حاکم شود که مدیران و کارکنان در فرهنگ جمع­گرایی، نوع­دوستی و دلسوزی، ازخودگذشتگی، فداکاری و ایثار ذوب شوند و به انگیزه خدمت عمومی گرایش پیدا کنند.
