اکتشاف الگوی پیش بینی پذیری اخلاق مدیران سازمان با رویکرد نظریه داده بنیاد

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین الگوی پیش ­بینی­ پذیری اخلاق­ مدیران ستادی با رویکرد اخلاق حرفه­ ای در سازمان آموزش‌ و پرورش استان خوزستان پرداخته است. روش تحقیق از منظر هدف، توسعه ­ای و کاربردی؛ از نظر داده، کیفی و از نظر ماهیت و روش داده بنیاد است. در گام نخست پژوهش با مطالعه کتابخانه­ ای و انجام مصاحبه ­های نیمه ساختار یافته با همراهی پانزده نفر از خبرگان حوزه آموزش و پرورش و  اعضاء هیات­ علمی مرتبط در استان خوزستان که به صورت هدفمند نمونه ­گیری و اجرا شد. جهت تحلیل داده­ های کیفی از نظریه داده بنیاد بر اساس رویکرد گلیزری و طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده شده ­است و جهت تعیین روایی از معیار مقبولیت و لینکلن و گوبا و جهت تعیین پایایی از روش حسابرسی فرآیند و توافق درونی استفاده شد. در مراحل کدگزاری، مقوله­ های اصلی و فرعی شناسایی و به یکدیگر مرتبط شدند که عبارت ­اند از؛ بعد عوامل زمینه ­ای (آموزش، شناسایی محورهای کلیدی)؛ بعد عوامل ساختاری (استراتژیک و خط ­مش ­گذاری)؛ بعد عوامل محتوایی (تدوین منشور، فرهنگ‌سازمانی، جوسازمانی) و بعد فرآیندی (بررسی وضعیت گذشته، حال و آینده، شناسایی ابزار و روش­های شناخت آینده، فضای مسئله­ آینده ­پژوهی، ترسیم آینده بدیل) و با محوریت شناسایی عدم قطعیت­های سازمانی بود، که در نهایت نیز کدگزاری تشریح شد و مدل نهایی نیز شکل گرفت. بر این اساس توسعه اخلاق حرفه ­ای، نیازمند فراهم نمودن ساختار و فرآیند نظام‌مند باقابلیت اجرایی بوده است که می‌توان آن را به‌عنوان زیربنای مناسب در اختیار مدیران قرار داد.
