طراحی الگوی بوم سازگان کارآفرینی دیجیتال در سازمانهای آموزشی بر اساس نظریه داده بنیاد

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی بوم سازگان کارآفرینی دیجیتال در سازمانهای آموزشی است. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش داده‌­بنیاد انجام شده و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. ابزار جمع­آوری داده­ها، مصاحبه­های نیمه­ساختاریافته است و روایی سوالات با استفاده از نظر متخصصان حوزه کارآفرینی دیجیتال به دست آمد. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش سیزده نفر از استادان و خبرگان آشنا به مباحث کارآفرینی و فن­آوری­های دیجیتال از دانشگاه­ها و سازمان­های آموزشی کشور است که با روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند از نوع نظری انتخاب شده­اند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها طی سه مرحلۀ کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام شده است. در نظریۀ داده بنیاد، اعتبارسنجی، بخشی فعال از پژوهش است که با معیار مقبولیت مورد سنجش قرار گرفته است . نتایج پژوهش نشان­دهندۀ استخراج ۴۸۳ مفهوم اوّلیه و احصاء 42 مفهوم و 15 مقوله است که در قالب مدل پارادایمی شامل بوم سازگان کارآفرینی دیجیتال به عنوان مقوله محوری و شرایط علی شامل: 2 مقوله و 7 مفهوم شامل : خوشه های فطری-  غریزی و آموزشی ؛ شرایط زمینه ای شامل: 5 مقوله و14 مفهوم شامل : خوشه های اجرایی ، دانش علمی ، فنی و فناورانه، خِرَد فرهنگی و محیطی و زیست بومی؛ شرایط مداخله گر شامل: 2 مقوله و 6 مفهوم ،خوشه های ترغیبی ( انگیزشی) ، ضابطه ساز ؛ راهبردها شامل 3 مقوله و 8 مفهوم شامل : خوشه های بنیادی و سازمانی، قلمروتوانمندی های انسانی، سیاستگذاری و برنامه ریزی و عوامل پسایندی شامل: 3 مقوله و 7 مفهوم خوشه های خویش فرمایی، بهره وری و کسب و کار در سازمان های آموزشی قرار گرفت.
