بررسی پیشایند‌ها و پیامد‌های پذیرش یادگیری الکترونیکی در اهداف آموزشی و پژوهشی دانشجویان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی پیشایند­ها و پیامد­های پذیرش یادگیری الکترونیکی در دانشجویان انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف و ماهیت، کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده­ها، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی مبتنی بر مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز به تعداد 4064 نفر تشکیل دادند که از طریق جدول کرجسی و مورگان، تعداد 351 نفر به عنوان نمونه از طریق روش نمونه­گیری  تصادفی طبقه­ای نسبتی انتخاب شدند. برای سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش از پرسشنامه­های ویژگی­های دانشجویان، نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به یادگیری الکترونیکی، کیفیت سیستم، کیفیت محتوا، ویژگی­های اساتید، مدیریت دانش، پذیرش یادگیری الکترونیکی، قصد رفتاری و استفاده واقعی از سیستم یادگیری الکترونیکی استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه­ها، با روش­های روایی منطقی (صوری و محتوایی) و  سازه (تحلیل عاملی تاییدی) مورد تایید قرار گرفت و پایایی نیز با روش آلفای کرونباخ برآورد شد. روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی (مدل معادلات ساختاری) انجام گرفت که از طریق نرم­افزارهایSPSS 24  و Lisrel 8.8 اجرا شد. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، ویژگی­های دانشجویان، نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به یادگیری الکترونیکی، کیفیت سیستم، کیفیت محتوا، ویژگی­های اساتید و مدیریت دانش به­عنوان پیشایند و قصد رفتاری و استفاده واقعی از سیستم یادگیری الکترونیکی به­عنوان پیامد پذیرش یادگیری الکترونیکی مورد تاکید است. بیشترین میزان ضریب مسیر بین کیفیت سیستم با پذیرش یادگیری الکترونیکی (91/0 (ß=  و کمترین میزان بین کیفیت محتوا و پذیرش یادگیری الکترونیکی (42/0 (ß= مشاهده شد. همچنین در مورد پیامدهای پذیرش یادگیری الکترونیکی نیز بیشترین میزان ضریب مسیر بین پذیرش یادگیری الکترونیکی و پیامد احتمالی قصد رفتاری (72/0(ß=  مشاهده شد. با توجه به نتایج به­دست آمده می­توان گفت که هر گونه افزایش در متغیرهای ویژگی­های دانشجویان، نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به یادگیری الکترونیکی، کیفیت سیستم، کیفیت محتوا، ویژگی­های اساتید و مدیریت دانش به­عنوان پیشایندها همراه با افزایش در پذیرش یادگیری الکترونیکی دانشجویان و هر گونه افزایش در متغیر پذیرش یادگیری الکترونیکی با افزایش در میزان قصد رفتاری و استفاده واقعی از سیستم یادگیری الکترونیکی به­عنوان پیامدها همراه خواهد بود. بنابراین توجه به پیشایندها و پیامدهای پذیرش یادگیری الکترونیکی هنگام راه­اندازی و استفاده از سیستم یادگیری الکترونیکی ضروری به نظر می­رسد.
