The population of the study was 695 full-time teachers of 13 units, among them 263 people were selected using stratified random sampling method. Four standard questionnaires, Fry's Spiritual Leadership, Shepherd's Entrepreneurship, Quarterly Growth and Organizational Learning were used for data collection. Content and construct validity of the questionnaires confirmed and Cronbach's alpha reliability in the baseline and the final was appropriate. Structural equation modeling was used to evaluate the fear relationships of the variables currently being measured in the conceptual model. Findings showed that the effect of spiritual leadership on organizational learning 0.70, on entrepreneurship 0.39, on maturity 0.37 and the effect of organizational learning on entrepreneurship 0.40, on maturity 0.42 and the effect of spiritual leadership on entrepreneurship through organizational learning Was 0.28 and at maturity was 0.29. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between spiritual leadership with entrepreneurship and development, while the results showed that organizational learning plays a mediating role in the relationship between spiritual leadership with entrepreneurship and development.Conclusion:Spiritual leadership mediated by organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on faculty creativity and development.
