تبیین نقش واسطه ای اینرسی سازمانی و سکوت سازمانی در رابطه بین رهبری زهرآگین با عملکرد شغلی معلمان

هدف پژوهش حاضر  بررسی نقش واسطه ای اینرسی و سکوت سازمانی در رابطه بین رهبری زهرآگین و عملکرد شغلی معلمان بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی با تاکید بر معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری را تمامی معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهر مهاباد (965 نفر) تشکیل می دادند، که از این تعداد، 265 نفر به عنوان نمونه در پژوهش شرکت کردند. جمع آوری داده ها بر اساس چهار پرسشنامه رهبری زهرآگین اشمیت ، سکوت سازمانی واکولا و بورادوس، اینرسی سازمانی هاگ و عملکرد شغلی پاترسون صورت پذیرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه ها با تکنیک آلفای کرونباخ بررسی شد. پایایی پرسشنامه رهبری زهرآگین(879%) پرسشنامه سکوت سازمانی(866%)، پرسشنامه اینرسی سازمانی(920%) و پرسشنامه عملکرد شغلی(932%) بود. روایی پرسشنامه ها براساس بارهای عاملی و مقدارAVE تایید شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها به کمک نرم افزار SMARTPLS (نسخه 4) و روش معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. یافته ها نشان داد که سبک رهبری زهرآگین بر عملکرد شغلی معلمان تاثیر منفی و معنی داری ولی بر سکوت سازمانی و اینرسی سازمانی تأثیر مثبت و معنی داری دارد (001/ 0>P ). همچنین سکوت سازمانی و اینرسی سازمانی بر عمکرد شغلی معلمان تاثیر منفی و معنی داری دارند (05/ 0>P ). همچنین مشخص شد متغیرهای سکوت سازمانی و اینرسی سازمانی در خصوص تأثیر سبک رهبری زهرآگین بر عملکرد شغلی معلمان، نقش میانجی دارند (05/ 0P  و 96/1 <t-value ).
