بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارت های رهبری کوانتومی بر سبک تفکر و رفتار تسهیم دانش مدیران مدارس

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مهارت های کوانتومی بر سبک تفکر و رفتار تسهیم دانش مدیران مدارس متوسطه دخترانه شهر اصفهان بود. این پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات ترکیبی اکتشافی است که ماهیت کمی و کیفی دارد. دربخش  کیفی از  روش تحلیل مضمون به صورت استقرایی و در بخش کمی از روش شبه آزمایشی با گروه کنترل استفاده شد. جامعه آماری بخش کمی را کلیه مدیران دوره متوسطه اول و دوم دخترانه شهر اصفهان در سال 1399 تشکیل دادند که تعداد آنها شامل 228 نفر بود و 40 نفر از آنها به صورت در دسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در پژوهش حاضر ابتدا محتوای آموزشی مهارت های رهبری کوانتومی از طریق تحلیل مضمون آتراید استرلینگ به دست آمد و در نهایت محتوای آموزشی از یک مضمون فراگیر (مهارت های رهبری کوانتومی)، هفت مضمون سازمان دهنده (مهارت نگاه کوانتومی، تفکر کوانتومی، احساس کوانتومی، شناخت کوانتومی، عمل کوانتومی، اعتماد کوانتومی و زیست کوانتومی) و 32 مضمون پایه تشکیل و اعتباریابی شد. شاخص روایی محتوایی کلی قالب مضامین 85/0 به دست آمد و مقدار ضریب هولستی (96/0) برآورد گردید. همچنین ضریب همبستگی دو رشته ای به دست آمده از بسته آموزشی 78/1 برآورد شد و اعتبار درونی و بیرونی محتوای آموزشی مهارت های رهبری کوانتومی تایید گردید. ابزار اندازه گیری در این پژوهش پرسشنامه سبک های تفکر استرنبرگ- واگنر که اعتبار محتوایی آن توسط متخصصین مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است و دارای پایایی بالای 70/0 می باشد و پرسشنامه رفتار تسهیم دانش وندن هوف و ون وینن با ضرایب بار عاملی بالاتر از 6/0 و پایایی 86/0 بود. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، تفاوت بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل از نظر سبک‌های تفکر، میزان ارائه دانش و نمره کل تسهیم دانش معنی دار بود (05/0 P≤). ولی تفاوت بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل از نظر میزان دریافت دانش معنی دار نبود (06/0=P) و آموزش مهارت‌های رهبری کوانتومی بر دریافت دانش اثربخش نبوده است.
