Investigating the Possibility of Homeschooling with New Educational Technologies to Deal with Emergency Vacations in Khuzestan Province Schools from the Experts' Point of View (Using the Q Method)

the present study aimed to investigate the technical and operational possibilities of homeschooling with new educational technologies to deal with emergency vocations in Khuzestan province schools from the experts’ point of view in the academic year of 2017-2018. The type of present research is applied and its method is descriptive-survey. The statistical population consists of all experts of the technology department of Khuzestan province education headquarters and the four urben districts of Ahwaz. As the entire statistical society consists of 15 people, the whole society was selected as a sample. To collect data, purposful interviews were conducted with the experts, and then by using the content analysis of the interviews, a primary questionnaire was made. To assess the reliability of questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha was calculated which was 0.95. Also, the facial and content validity of the questionnaire were assessed and approved by five educational experts. Data analysis was performed by Q factor analysis technique. In total, 5 factors of the technical and operational dimensions were identified for the possibility of homeschooling, including; the first factor; the hardware and software infrastructure; the second one; the culture and the environment; the third one; the training courses; the fourth one; the funds and equipments; the fifth one; manpower.Eventually, practical suggestions in each dimension were offered.
