نقش سندروم ذهنیت خرچنگی و پدیده سقف شیشه ای بر موفقیت و خشنودی شغلی معلمان زن با واسطه گری تمایل به ترک کار

هدف پژوهش، بررسی نقش سندروم ذهنیت خرچنگی و پدیده سقف شیشه­ای بر موفقیت و خشنودی شغلی با واسطه­گری تمایل به ترک کار از دیدگاه معلمان زن مدارس متوسطه شهر شیراز بود. پژوهش حاضر ازلحاظ هدف، کاربردی و با توجه به نحوه گردآوری داده­ها از نوع پژوهش‌های توصیفی ـ همبستگی محسوب بود. جامعه آماری شامل معلمان متوسطه اول و دوم شهر شیراز (18000 نفر) در سال تحصیلی 02-1401 بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی ساده 190 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه­های ذهنیت خرچنگی، سقف شیشه‌ای، تمایل به ترک کار، موفقیت شغلی، و خشنودی شغلی  به عنوان ابزار پژوهش مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. روایی پرسشنامه­ها با استفاده از روش محتوایی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. پایایی ابزارها با آزمون آلفای کرونباخ ذهنیت خرچنگی (93/0)، سقف شیشه‌ای (70/0)، تمایل به ترک کار (91/0)، موفقیت شغلی (84/0) و خشنودی شغلی (82/0) محاسبه شد. پس از محاسبه پایایی ابزارها، داده­ها با استفاده از روش­های آماری همبستگی و تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و LISREL تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که سندروم ذهنیت خرچنگی و پدیده سقف شیشه‌ای اثر مستقیم، منفی و معناداری بر موفقیت و خشنودی شغلی معلمان زن دارد. سندروم ذهنیت خرچنگی و پدیده سقف شیشه‌ای با میانجی‌گری تمایل به کار اثر غیرمستقیم، منفی و معناداری بر موفقیت و خشنودی شغلی معلمان زن دارد.
