Due to the complexity of thinking and learning in human and the natural difficulty of concepts, and skills in mathematical reasoning, teaching and learning in mathematic is difficult, and that cause many learners fail in achieving the desired results in arithmetic. This study was to investigate the effect of using design and color combination with management education model on learning the math lessons of elementary school students. The management education model (MEM) to be used in teaching math education requires students to work together, to train each other, to rely on each other to achieve their goals. Children are naturally attracted to hot and warm colors. So colors that created temptation and excitement like sparkling red, purple, orange and pink were used to create attractiveness and eagerness during math training. The population was male students of the 3rd grade elementary school from the 2nd education district of Tehran. The Cochran formula was used to determine the sample size. 384 samples were selected. A total of 334 usable tests were gathered. Cluster sampling and division of samples in pretest and post-test groups were used. For gathering data Behrangi’s 70 item questionnaire was used.  Its reliability and validity approved statistically. The applied research was semi experimental and had a control group with pretest and posttest. SPSS software aided data analysis and the method of Pearson correlation used for testing hypothesis. The results showed that the combination of design and color in MEM had a positive and significant effect (The average of the difference before and after the implementation of 2.08) on the academic achievement of the experimental group.
