تدوین و ارزیابی مدل رهبری اخلاقی در سازمان آموزش و پرورش استان فارس : رویکرد ترکیبی

هدف اصلی این پژوهش تدوین و ارزیابی مدل رهبری اخلاقی در سازمان آموزش و پرورش استان فارس بوده است. روش پژوهش به لحاظ هدف رویکرد آمیخته و با بهره گیری از روش اکتشافی متوالی از نوع ابزار سازی و به لحاظ نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات، آمیخته بود. در بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل مضمون  و در بخش کمی از روش توصیفی و پیمایشی استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل کارشناسان که دارای تخصص و تجربه و سابقه کار بالا در اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان فارس به تعداد  25  نفر بودند و در بخش کمی شامل کلیه کارشناسان اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان فارس بودند. نمونه گیری با استفاده از رویکرد هدفمند و با به کارگیری ملاک اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. ابزار گردآوری داده ها در بخش کیفی پژوهش مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند و در بخش کمی  پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی از طریق نرم افزارهای اس پی اس اس 26 و  اسمارت پی ال اس 6 انجام شد. روایی پرسشنامه به روش روایی محتوایی و جرح و تعدیل توسط متخصصین صورت گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق آلفای کرونباخ به مقدار0/99 به دست آمد، سپس برازش مدل مذکور مورد بررسی و تایید قرار گرفت. یافته ها، براساس شبکه مضامین رهبری اخلاقی، سازمان آموزش و پرورش فارس در بخش کیفی شامل 4  مضمون فراگیر  و 13 حیطه دانشی، خود مراقبه­ای، آگاهی های اخلاقی، ذاتی، نظارتی، هدایت گری، ارتباطی، تسهیم قدرت، مردم سالاری، استعدادپروری، هستی شناختی، معرفت شناختی، ارزش شناختی (مضامین سازمان دهنده) و هر یک نیز دارای مؤلفه های گوناگون (مضامین پایه) بودند که 249  مضامین پایه را درباره  رهبری اخلاقی کشف نمود. یافته های بخش کمی نتایج بخش کیفی را تایید کردند.
