Identify factors affecting on transfer of training and ranking them in Judiciary

This study aimed to identify factors affecting on transfer of training and prioritization was performed in Judiciary. Methods of purpose, is applied and the method of data collection, descriptive survey. The population consisted of 3,500 employees of the Judiciary is the administrative headquarters using Morgan table, 384 as determined by random sampling were selected. The research instrument was a questionnaire with 88 questions that review the theoretical foundations and practical and exploratory interviews was adopted. It's a five-point Likert and according to existing bases and consists of 19 elements in three main categories (normative factors, behavioral and contextual) is. Validity using content validity and construct validity were examined using exploratory factor analysis. The reliability was assessed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient values ​​were 0.841. Data collected using exploratory factor analysis and Friedman Ranking tests were analyzed and thirteen factors (the normative six factors, behavioral three factors and contextual four factors) were obtained. In the normative, organizational learning and individual, all the factors and the contextual social and cultural factors were ranked highest.
