فراتحلیل عوامل همبسته با تعهد عاطفی معلمان جمهوری اسلامی ایران

این پژوهش به منظور توصیف، تحلیل و ترکیب ارائه شده در زمینه عوامل همبسته با تعهد عاطفی است. روش این پژوهش از نوع فراتحلیل است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را اسناد مکتوب اعم از پایان نامه ها، پژوهش ها و مقالات مندرج در مجلات علمی پژوهشی در بین سالهای 95-86 به موضوع عوامل همبسته با تعهد عاطفی پرداخته اند، تشکیل می داد. از بین آثار منتشر شده در دسترس که در پایگاه اطلاعاتی مگیران و آثار منتشر نشده بخش مرجع کتابخانه دانشگاه های محقق اردبیلی، تهران و ارومیه، تعداد 16 سند در 63 عامل پژوهشی انتخاب شد. اطلاعات جمع آوری شده از  هر یک از اسناد و پژوهشهای مورد نظر با استفاده از نرم افزار CMA-2 و  SPSS 22 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که مقدار شاخص خی دو 0/317و مقدار اندازه اثر در مدل ثابت 0/158محاسبه شده است و بررسی این مطالعات 63 عامل اثرگذار شناسایی و اثرگذاری آنها معنادار ارزیابی شد. کلیه مقادیر مذکور در سطح اطمینان 95 درصدی معنادار ارزیابی شده است.
