پیش بینی عملکرد مدیران مدارس در توانمندسازی معلمان و کارکنان مدرسه بر اساس هوش معنوی و معنویت در محیط کار با میانجی گری هوش سازمانی

این پژوهش بر اساس نظریه توانمندسازی با هدف پیش بینی عملکرد مدیران مدارس در توانمندسازی معلمان و کارکنان مدرسه بر اساس هوش معنوی و معنویت در محیط کار با میانجی­گری هوش سازمانی انجام شده است. روش تحقیق همبستگی مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه مدیران مدارس دوره دوم متوسطه دولتی دخترانه نواحی آموزش و پرورش تبریز به تعداد 270 نفر بوده است. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان 159 نفر با نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای می باشد. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه هوش سازمانی، پرسشنامه هوش معنوی ، معنویت در محیط کار و همچنین پرسشنامه محقق ساخته عملکرد مدیران مدارس در توانمندسازی استفاده شد. ارزیابی روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه ها با آزمون تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرتبه اول و دوم مقادیر معتبر را نشان داده است. نتایج مدل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد توانایی پیش­بینی عملکرد مدیران در توانمندسازی بر اساس معنویت در محیط کار و هوش معنوی با میانجی­گری هوش سازمانی با ضریب تعیین 73/0 و توانایی پیش بینی هوش سازمانی بر اساس هوش معنوی و معنویت در محیط کار با ضریب تعیین 92/0  بالا و معنی دار بوده است. هوش معنوی، معنویت در محیط کار و هوش سازمانی بر عملکرد مدیران در توانمندسازی اثر مستقیم و اثر کل معناداری دارند. هوش معنوی، معنویت در محیط کار با میانجی گری هوش سازمانی بر عملکرد مدیران در توانمندسازی اثر غیرمستقیم معناداری دارند. هوش معنوی، معنویت در کار بر هوش سازمانی مدیران اثر مستقیم و اثر کل معناداری دارند.
