طراحی و اعتباریابی مدل معلم‌رهبری در نظام آموزش و پرورش با رویکرد آمیخته

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و اعتباریابی مدل معلم‌رهبری در نظام آموزش و پرورش بود که به روش آمیخته اکتشافی متوالی انجام شده است. ابتدا بخش کیفی پژوهش، برای شناسایی ابعاد و مولفه‌های معلم‌رهبری به روش فراترکیب انجام شد. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی، شامل کلیه مقالات منتشر شده در حوزه معلم‌رهبری طی سال‌های 2012 تا 2023 می‌باشد که 48 پژوهش به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، انتخاب شدند. مقالات منتخب با کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند و مدل مفهومی معلم‌رهبری طراحی شد. سپس بخش کمی پژوهش، برای اعتباریابی مدل مفروض به روش همبستگی مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری بخش کمی، شامل کلیه مدیران و معلمان مدارس دولتی دوره ابتدایی شهر تالش به تعداد 744 نفر می‌باشد که مطابق جدول مورگان، 257 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری نسبتی- تصادفی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ایزار گردآوری داده‌های کمی، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته می‌باشد که روایی آن از طرف اساتید صاحب نظر تأیید و پایایی آن نیز به روش آلفای کرونباخ 93/0 محاسبه گردید. داده‌های کمی با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی در چهارچوب مدل معادلات ساختاری با کمک نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و SmartPLS4 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان دادند که مدل معلم‌رهبری از برازش مناسبی برخوردار بوده و دارای 5 بٌعد اصلی و 15 مولفه فرعی می‌باشد که عبارتند از: رشد و بهبود مستمر (بهبود یادگیری دانشآموزان، رشد حرفه‌ای معلمان، بهبود مدیریت کلاس درس و تدریس)، فرهنگ مشارکتی (همکاری جمعی، اشتراکگذاری و تصمیمگیری مشارکتی)، ظرفیت‌سازی (تسهیل تغییرات، حمایت همه‌جانبه و ارتباط فراکلاسی)، رفتار رهبری (توسعه چشم‌انداز، الهام‌بخشی و تاثیر و نفوذ) و اخلاق حرفه‌ای (ملاحظات اخلاقی، تعهد و قدردانی).
