نقش سواد اطلاعاتی در نگرش به تغییر سازمانی و رفتار نوآورانه معلمان آموزش و پرورش دوره ابتدایی بیرجند

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش سواد اطلاعاتی در نگرش به تغییر سازمانی و رفتار نوآورانه معلمان آموزش و پرورش دوره ابتدایی بیرجند انجام شده است. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی همبستگی بوده است. جامعه آماری مطالعه معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهر بیرجند در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 که 1900 نفر ( 1000 نفر زن و 900 نفر مرد) بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انجام گرفته است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها بر اساس پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد سواد اطلاعاتی، نگرش به تغییر سازمانی و رفتار نوآورانه صورت پذیرفت. روایی آنها توسط صاحب‌نظران تأیید و پایایی آنها با محاسبه ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ 94/0، 87/0 و 89/0 به دست آمد. داده‌های پژوهش در سطح توصیفی (فراوانی، میانگین و انحراف معیار) و در سطح استنباطی (آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای و رگرسیون) با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Spss تحلیل گردید. یافته‌ها حاکی از این بود که وضعیت سواد اطلاعاتی معلمان ابتدایی شهر بیرجند به طور معنی داری بالاتر از حد متوسط است و در وضعیت مناسبی قرار دارد. همچنین وضعیت نگرش به تغییر سازمانی و رفتار نوآورانه بالاتر از حد متوسط و در وضعیت مطلوب قرار داشتند. یافته‌های مرتبط با فرضیه‌ اصلی پژوهش نشان داد که بین سواد اطلاعاتی با نگرش به تغییر سازمانی و رفتار نوآورانه رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. نتایج فرضیه‌های فرعی نشان داد که بین سواد اطلاعاتی با نگرش به تغییر سازمانی و بین سواد اطلاعاتی با رفتار نوآورانه رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. و در نهایت، نتایج نشان داد که مؤلفه‌های سازماندهی اطلاعات و مکان‌یابی اطلاعات بیشترین توان پیش‌بینی نگرش به تغییر سازمانی و رفتار نوآورانه را دارند.
