نقش رهبری تحول‌گرای مدیران مدارس در رفتار‌کاری نوآورانه معلمان با میانجی‌گری اشتراک دانش معلمان

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش رهبری تحول‌گرای مدیران مدارس در رفتار کاری نوآورانه معلمان با میانجی‌گری اشتراک دانش معلمان بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی بود. 548 معلم دوره ابتدایی شهرستان قروه (340 زن و 208 مرد) جامعه پژوهش بودند که با توجه به جدول مورگان، 225 معلم به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای نسبتی جهت انتخاب اعضای نمونه استفاده شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه‌های رهبری تحول‌گرا، اشتراک دانش و رفتار کاری نوآورانه بود. پایایی و روایی ابزار، بوسیله ضریب آلفای کرانباخ و تکنیک تحلیل عاملی تائیدی  بررسی شدند. از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزار Lisrel v. 10.30 جهت تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. نتایج بیانگر آن بودند که: رهبری تحول‌گرای مدیران مدارس دارای اثرات مستقیم، مثبت و معنادار در سطح 05/0 بر رفتار کاری نوآورانه معلمان به مقدار (38/0) و اشتراک دانش معلمان به مقدار (60/0) بود؛ اشتراک دانش معلمان دارای اثر مستقیم، مثبت و معنادار در سطح 05/0 بر رفتار کاری نوآورانه معلمان به مقدار (31/0) بود؛ همچنین رهبری تحول‌گرای مدیران مدارس به‌واسطه اشتراک دانش معلمان دارای اثر غیرمستقیم، مثبت و معنادار در سطح 05/0 بر رفتار کاری نوآورانه معلمان به مقدار (186/0) بود؛ رهبری تحول‌گرای مدیران مدارس و  اشتراک دانش معلمان قادر به تبیین معنادار 38 درصد واریانس رفتار کاری نوآورانه معلمان هستند. برای تعیین اهمیت نسبی متغیرهای پنهان در الگوی تجربی از ماتریس اهمیت عملکرد استفاده شد؛ در نتیجه رهبری تحول‌گرای مدیران مدارس و اشتراک دانش معلمان در رفتار کاری نوآورانه معلمان دارای اهمیت بالا- عملکرد بالا و در منطقه تحکیم قرار داشتند.
