The understanding of employees regarding their work environment is of utmost importance, as it directly influences their satisfaction and performance. Therefore, the aim of this research is to develop a structural model that explores the outcomes of employees' comprehension of the work environment, with a specific focus on the integration of artificial intelligence. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature and method. The statistical population of this research includes 129 faculty members of Payame Noor University in Kermanshah province. Using Cochran's formula, 97 people were selected by simple random method as a sample for the second half of 1402. The data collection tool is the provincial questionnaires that exist in this field. Validity (content, convergent) and reliability (composite reliability coefficient, Cronbach's alpha coefficient) of the questionnaires according to the Smart-PLS software indicate that the measurement tools have good validity and reliability at the 95% level. The results of hypothesis testing showed that the direct effect of understanding the opportunity of artificial intelligence on employees' understanding of the well-being of the work environment is equal to 0.358, the mediator effect of informal learning in the workplace is equal to 9.40 and the moderator of unemployment risk perception. It was equal to 2.56 and 2.98. The university has the potential to enhance academics' understanding of the workplace well-being through educational programs in the realm of artificial intelligence and by fostering informal learning. Additionally, by offering information and fostering collaboration and communication among academic faculty, the perception of the risk of unemployment can be mitigated, leading to a more robust work environment well-being.
