معیارهای ارزشیابی رهبران فناوری در مدارس: پژوهش ترکیبی

هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و استخراج معیارهای ارزشیابی رهبران فناوری بود. این پژوهش به روش آمیخته (اکتشافی) انجام شد.روش پژوهش در بخش کیفی پدیدار شناسی توصیفی و در بخش کمی روش پیمایشی بود. محیط پژوهش مدارس هوشمند و نیمه‌هوشمند مقطع ابتدایی  استان زنجان در سال تحصیلی 1399-1398 بودند. مشارکت‌کنندگان  در بخش کیفی مدیران مدارس هوشمند بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری ملاکی و با در نظر گرفتن اصل اشباع نظری، 15 نفر مدیر به‌عنوان مشارکت‌کننده در پژوهش انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی، جامعه آماری شامل 228 نفر مدیر مدارس هوشمند و نیمه‌هوشمند استان زنجان بودند که بر اساس جدول کرجسی مورگان،  تعداد 139 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌­ای نسبی به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها در قسمت کیفی، مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته و در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود، که روایی این پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مورد تایید قرار گرفت پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای 83/0 به دست آمد. روش تحلیل در بخش کیفی تحلیل مضمون و کدگذاری بود. با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون، 6 مؤلفه اصلی شامل برنامه‌ریزی، سازمان‌دهی، رهبری، کنترل، عوامل آموزشی و عوامل کالبدی و 30 شاخص برای ارزشیابی رهبران فناوری مدارس شناسایی شد.  روایی مولفه ها با استفاده CVR به میزان88/0 محاسبه گردید در بخش کمی برای  تحلیل  داده­‌ها از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی و آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف،آزمون تی تک گروهی و آزمون تی درگروه های همبسته مورداستفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد وضعیت مؤلفه‌های ارزشیابی رهبران فناوری مدارس در مؤلفه برنامه‌ریزی و عوامل کالبدی  بالاتر از میانگین و در مؤلفه رهبری، سازمان‌دهی، کنترل و عوامل آموزشی پایین‌تر از میانگین بود و درمجموع مؤلفه‌ها بالاتر از میانگین بودند. بنابراین می­توان از شاخص‌ها برای ارزشیابی رهبران فناوری مدارس استفاده نمود.
