بررسی رابطه بین سبک رهبری توزیعی و اثربخشی مدارس با میانجی گری اشتیاق شغلی معلمان

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین سبک رهبری توزیعی و اثربخشی مدارس با میانجی گری اشتیاق شغلی معلمان مدارس دولتی شهرستان آستارا است که از روش توصیفی-همبستگی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان مدارس دولتی شهرستان آستارا در سال تحصیلی 98-97 است که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای و بر اساس جدول مورگان تعداد 245 نفر انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده های موردنیاز از پرسشنامه های استاندارد سبک رهبری توزیعی گوردونو اثربخشی مدارس هوی و فرگوسن و اشتیاق شغلی شوفلی و سالواناوا استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار spss و smart pls استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که رهبری توزیعی بر اشتیاق شغلی(0/28) اثر مستقیم مثبت و معناداری دارد. رهبری توزیعی بر اثربخشی مدارس(0/76) اثر مستقیم مثبت و معناداری دارد.اشتیاق شغلی بر اثربخشی مدارس (0/48) اثر مستقیم مثبت و معناداری دارد. رهبری توزیعی از طریق اشتیاق شغلی بر اثربخشی مدارس (0/40) اثر غیرمستقیم مثبت و معناداری دارد.
