نقش انگیزش ‌یادگیری و یادگیری ‌حرفه‌ای بر اجتماع یادگیری حرفه‌ای معلمان

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش انگیزش یادگیری و یادگیری حرفه‌ای بر اجتماع یادگیری حرفه‌ای معلمان ابتدایی است. روش تحقیق از نوع همبستگی، مبتنی بر مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان ابتدایی شهرستان بناب به تعداد 528 نفر بودند که تعداد 214 نفر به ‌روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای نسبی انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های: انگیزش یادگیری تارنو، یادگیری حرفه‌ای بارون و کنی و اجتماع یادگیری حرفه‌ای الیور و هیپ بدست آمدند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که بین متغیر انگیزش یادگیری و اجتماع یادگیری حرفه‌ای رابطه مستقیم و معناداری وجود ندارد اما بین متغیرهای انگیزش یادگیری و یادگیری حرفه‌ای رابطه مستقیم و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین بین متغیرهای یادگیری حرفه‌ای و اجتماع یادگیری حرفه‌ای رابطه مثبت و معناداری دیده‌شد، پس متغیر انگیزش یادگیری بواسطه نقش میانجی یادگیری حرفه‌ای با اجتماع یادگیری حرفه‌ای رابطه غیرمستقیم و معناداری دارد، بنابراین می‌توان گفت که معلمانی که انگیزش کافی برای یادگیری و ارتقا سطح دانش و آگاهی خود دارند، از طریق کسب دانش محتوایی، سبک‌های یادگیری، راهبرد‌های تدریس و مجموعه جدیدی از ارزش‌ها‌ و تفاوت‌های فردی که از طریق همکاری و مشارکت با سایر همکاران بدست می‌آورند؛ منجر به ایجاد اجتماعات یادگیری حرفه‌ای بین خود و سایر همکاران می‌شوند که نهایتا باعث بهبود یادگیری دانش‌آموزان و افزایش بازدهی آموزشی می‌گردند.
