مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری روابط بین هوش رهبری ، سرمایه حرفه ای و مدیریت مبتنی بر ارزش مدیران با بهبود پایدار مدارس شهرستان ارومیه : نقش میانجی آمادگی سازمانی

هوش رهبری، سرمایه حرفه ای و مدیریت مبتنی بر ارزش  مدیران موجب افزایش بهبود پایدار مدارس می شود اما علل این همایندی به ‌وضوح روشن نیست. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای  آمادگی سازمانی در این رابطه است. نوع پژوهش همبستگی بر مبنای  مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری می باشد. جامعه آماری  مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان ارومیه،  به تعداد 500 نفرمی باشند. نمونه‌ای به تعداد ۴۳۴ نفر از مدیران به ‌صورت تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گرد آوری داده ها بر اساس پرسشنامه های استاندارد بهبود پایدار مدارس، هوش های چند گانه در رهبری تحول گرا، مدیریت مبتنی بر ارزش ، آمادگی سازمانی و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته سرمایه حرفه ای صورت پذیرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل از نرم افزار spss , pls  استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد اثرات مستقیم هوش رهبری ، سرمایه حرفه ای و مدیریت مبتنی بر ارزش بر بهبود پایدار مدارس بدون حضور متغیر میانجی(آمادگی سازمانی) معنی‌دار است ، یعنی هوش رهبری ، سرمایه حرفه ای و مدیریت مبتنی بر ارزش بدون حضور متغیر میانجی موجب بهبود پایدار مدارس می‌شود. همچنین اثر مستقیم آمادگی سازمانی بر بهبود پایدار مدارس و اثرات غیر مستقیم این متغیرها بر بهبود پایدار مدارس از طریق آمادگی سازمانی معنی‌دار است. بنابراین آمادگی سازمانی می‌تواند روابط بین این متغیرها و بهبود پایدار مدارس  را میانجی گری کند. این متغیرها می توانند با افزایش آمادگی سازمانی تاثیر مثبتی بر بهبود پایدار مدارس اعمال کند. بنابراین لازم است مدیران توجه به نقش آمادگی سازمانی داشته باشند تا در تبیین روابط بین این متغیرها بتوانند با ایجاد ظرفیت هایی برای افزایش آمادگی سازمانی ، پایداری مدارس را بهبود بخشند .
