شایستگی‌های حرفه ای مدیران گروه های آموزشی دانشگاه ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی: مطالعه‌ای مبتنی بر مرور نظام‌مند

هدف این پژوهش شناسایی شایستگی‌های حرفه­ ای مورد نیاز مدیران گروه­ های آموزشی دانشگاه­ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی از طریق بررسی مطالعات انجام شده در این حوزه بود. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد توصیفی- تحلیلی و با استفاده از روش مطالعه اسنادی- کتابخانه­ای انجام شده است. در این راستا، با بهره­گیری از روش مرور نظام­مند کلیه منابع مرتبط با الگوهای شایستگی حرفه­ای مدیران گروه­های آموزشی در دانشگاه­ ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی طی سال­های 2000 تا 2023 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در ابتدا تعداد این منابع 3725 بود که 135 منبع بر اساس عنوان انتخاب شد. سپس 67 منبع بر اساس چکیده گزینش شد که در نهایت 35 منبع به­ عنوان منابع مرتبط مطالعه شد. سپس، با استفاده از روش تحلیل تفسیری سعی شد شایستگی‌های حرفه­ای مدیران گروه­ های آموزشی دانشگاه­ ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی مورد شناسایی و طبقه ­بندی قرار گیرد. نتایج به دست آمده از تحلیل منابع اطلاعاتی مختلف حاکی از آن است که مهم­ترین شایستگی­های مدیران گروه ­های آموزشی دانشگاه­ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی در برگیرنده شایستگی‌های فردی (شایستگی شخصیتی و شایستگی اخلاقی)، شایستگی‌های مدیریتی (خود مدیریتی، مدیریت منابع انسانی، مدیریت اجرایی، و شایستگی­ های ادراکی)، شایستگی‌های حرفه­ ای- تخصصی (آموزشی، پژوهشی، و فناوری اطلاعات)، و شایستگی‌های فراسازمانی (آگاهی از سیاست، هوش فرهنگی، و بینش اقتصادی) می­باشد.
