الگوی رهبری آموزشی مدارس دیجیتالی

چکیده:   (316 مشاهده)
هدف تحقیق حاضر، ارائه الگوی رهبری آموزشی مدارس دیجیتالی بوده است.برای مطالعه از روش سنتزپژوهی استفاده شد. محیط پژوهش مشتمل بر کلیه مقالات خارجی سالهای 2024-2009 و  مقالات داخلی ( 1402-1391) بوده است. شیوه نمونه گیری هدفمند تا حد اشباع نظری داده ها و براساس روش غربالگری به تعداد 54 مفاله صورت پذیرفت ابزار پژوهش، اسنادکاوی  بوده که  با  مراجعه به پایگاههای اطلاعاتی معتبر داخلی(اس آی دی، مگ ایران، ایرانداک، نورمگز،..) و خارجی( امرآلد، گوگل اسکالر، الزویر، اشپرینگر، سیج پاپلیکیشن،و..) و استخراج مقالات علمی، مطالعه مقالات انجام شد. تأمین روایی مبتنی بر نظر خبرگان و اعتباریابی از روش بازخوانی مفاهیم و اطمینان پذیری استفاده بعمل آمد. شیوه تحلیل داده ها به صورت مفاهیم باز، مفاهیم سازمان دهنده و و مفاهیم فراگیر انجام شد. بطور کلی نتایج تحقیق نشان داد، الگوی رهبری آموزشی مدارس دیجیتالی مشتمل بر 10 بُعد (جذب دانش آموزان، کنشگری کیفی سازی، توانمندسازی معلمان، ارتقای نظام آموزشی، مدیریت یادگیری، به اشتراک گذاری دانش فناوری، آموزش سواد فناوری، توسعه رویکردهای برنامه ریزی درسی، ابتکار عمل در رهبری، پذیرش فناوری استوار گردید.
