بررسی نقش میانجی بی‌تفاوتی سازمانی در رابطه بین عدالت سازمانی و اعتماد سازمانی معلمان دوره متوسطه آموزش و پرورش شهر اردبیل

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش میانجی بی­تفاوتی سازمانی در رابطه بین عدالت سازمانی و اعتماد سازمانی معلمان دوره متوسطه آموزش و پرورش شهر اردبیل است که از روش توصیفی­ همبستگی از نوع معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر 2360 نفر بودند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 482 نفر به روش نمونه­گیری چند مرحله­ای و طبقه­ای متناسب انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع­آوری داده­های مربوط از پرسشنامه­های استاندارد عدالت سازمانی، اعتماد سازمانی و بی­تفاوتی سازمانی استفاده گردید که پایایی آنها از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 80/0، 82/0 و 84/0 بدست امد. جهت تحلیل داده­ها از مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. نتایج آزمون حاکی از آن بود که اثر مستقیم عدالت سازمانی و اعتماد سازمانی برابر با 34/0 است. همچنین اثر غیر مستقیم متغیر عدالت سازمانی و اعتماد سازمانی با تأثیر متغیر میانجی بی­تفاوتی سازمانی برابر با 062/0 می­باشد. همچنین ضریب مسیر مابین دو متغیر عدالت سازمانی و اعتماد سازمانی برابر (34/0) است به عبارتی دیگر یک واحد تغییر در عدالت سازمانی، موجب افزایش 34/0 واحدی در اعتماد سازمانی شد. همچنین ضریب مسیر ما بین عدالت سازمانی و تفاوت سازمانی برابر (39/0-) است و میزان اثرگذاری منفی متغیر عدالت سازمانی بر بی­تفاوتی سازمانی را نشان داد. به عبارتی دیگر یک واحد تغییر در عدالت سازمانی، موجب کاهش 39/0 واحدی در بی­تفاوتی سازمانی گردید.  این بدان معناست که عدالت سازمانی با بی­تفاوتی سازمانی رابطه معکوس دارد.
