مدل مدیریت مدرسه محور با تکیه بر فرهنگ ملی: رویکرد آمیخته

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، طراحی و اعتباریابی مدل مدیریت مدرسه محور با تکیه بر فرهنگ ملی بوده است. روش این پژوهش از منظر هدف در زمره تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت درگروه تحقیقات آمیخته اکتشافی متوالی می باشد. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی، کارشناسان اداره کل آموزش و پرورش و اساتید دانشگاه­ها و مراکز آموزش عالی استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد با تحصیلات مرتبط و سابقه کار بالا بودند که نمونه­گیری از آنها به روش هدف­مند، با استفاده از رویکرد اشباع نظری انجام و طی آن آگاهی دهندگان کلیدی شامل 23 نفر از جامعه هدف انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی، جامعه آماری شامل معاونین آموزش ابتدایی و متوسطه ادارات کل آموزش و پرورش استانهای کشور و نیز مدیران مدارس دوره­های تحصیلی اداره آموزش و پرورش شهرستان بویراحمد بودند که درمجموع 227  نفر از آنها به روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار گردآوری داده­ها در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند و در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی تأئیدی از طریق نرم افزارهای 26 SPSS و SMARTPLS 3 انجام شد. روایی پرسشنامه به شیوه روایی محتوایی و جرح و تعدیل توسط متخصصین صورت گرفت. اعتباریابی کیفی پژوهش به عنوان یک پارادایم کیفی برپایه چهارمعیار: قابلیت اعتبار (باورپذیری)، بی طرفی (تأئیدپذیری)، قابلیت اطمینان (سازگاری) و قابلیت کاربرد (انتقال پذیری) درنظرگرفته شد. پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق آلفای کرونباخ به مقدار 07/87 % به دست آمد، سپس برازش مدل مذکور مورد بررسی و تأئید قرار گرفت. یافته­ها ی مبتنی بر شبکه مضامین شامل 1 مضمون فراگیر و 14 مضمون سازمان­دهنده تحت عناوین چشم­انداز مدرسه، آموزه­های استراتژیک ملی، چشم­انداز دانش­آموزی، استانداردهای روانشناختی دانش­آموزان، رویکرد دموکراتیک ستاد، مرجعیت معلم، حرفه­مندی، اشتراک­پذیری، تشکل­های راهبردی، نقش­پذیری اولیا، نقش­پذیری سازمان­ها، محاسبه­پذیری و پایش فراگیر، تکریم کارکنان و پرهیز از انحرافات بود که درابتدا 531 مضمون پایه و پس از بررسی و ترکیب، در نهایت 85 مضمون پایه را در باره مدیریت مدرسه محور کشف کردند. دربخش کمی به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از تحلیل عاملی تآئیدی و مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.
