Abstract
The purpose of this research is to present the model of electronic learning in exceptional schools of the country. The research method is applied in terms of its purpose and it is among the integrated and exploratory researches. The statistical population includes all employees of exceptional schools in Tehran and Alborz provinces. There are 18 exceptional schools in Alborz, 62 exceptional schools are active in 1401. The statistical sample is also 225 people who were selected from 15 exceptional centers by available sampling method. The research tool in this research is the extraction of dimensions, components and indicators in the qualitative part, followed by a semi-structured interview with renowned and prominent professors, and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire of 160 questions. The method of data analysis in the qualitative part included open, central and selective coding and in the quantitative part of the confirmatory factor analysis method in Smart PLS software. The results of the research showed that the classification of sub-components, the main components were extracted and a conceptual model was designed. The micro-components were divided into three main categories, which include quality strategies, quality processes, quality infrastructures, and are considered independent, and the validity (degree of appropriateness) of the proposed model at the level of the statistical sample was confirmed with 48.65%, and it was recognized as appropriate. given. Among the components, the highest average is related to quality processes with 50.90% and the rest have a lower percentage.

Abstract
The current research seeks to present the model of electronic learning in exceptional schools of the country. This research was applied in terms of purpose and qualitative-quantitative in terms of methodology. The statistical population included managers of the special education organization and experts of the virtual education base of the special education organization of Tehran province, numbering 1700 people. Data collection was done through a researcher-made questionnaire from among 313 people who were selected by random sampling method. Data collection was done through semi-structured interviews with 15 community members who were selected by purposive sampling. The research data were analyzed based on the qualitative analysis process during open, central and selective triple coding. Data analysis was done through SPSS 16 and Smart PLS software. The results showed that among the 74 identified open codes, ten dimensions of exceptional school preparation, levels of interactions with disabled or handicapped students, teachers' competencies, students' characteristics, e-learning infrastructures, special educational platform for exceptional students, parents' characteristics, The characteristics of school principals, the support of exceptional education and the factors of providing special educational content for disabled and disabled students were categorized. Based on the results of quantitative analysis, the highest priority was related to the dimension of the factors of providing special educational content for disabled and disabled students, and the lowest priority was related to the dimension of e-learning infrastructures, and based on the validation of the model, all dimensions of the model were valid and the model fit well. had.
