Investigating the relationship between purposeful organizational forgetting and organizational agility with respect to the moderating role of competitive intelligence

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between purposeful organizational forgetting and organizational agility, with respect to the moderating role of competitive intelligence. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and is a survey in terms of its nature. The statistical population of the research is employees of banks in Kashmar. The data collection method was a questionnaire consisting of 48 questions and consists of three standard questionnaires: purposeful organizational forgetting, organizational agility and competitive intelligence. The statistical method used in this study is the structural equation method. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and Smart PLS software. Findings of the research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between purposeful organizational forgetting and organizational agility. Also, four of the components of competitive intelligence moderate the relationship between purposeful organizational forgetting and organizational agility. |
