نقش رهبری تیم در عملکرد تیمی با میانجی گری یادگیری تیمی (مطالعه موردی: تیم های معلمان مقطع متوسطه دوم استان کردستان)

هدف پژوهش بررسی نقش رهبری تیم بر عملکرد تیمی با میانجیگری یادگیری تیمی بود. جامعه پژوهش کلیه معلمان مقطع متوسطه دوم استان کردستان بودند که از این جامعه با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای نسبتی و بر مبنای فرمول کوکران نمونه‌ای به حجم 346 معلم انتخاب شد. روش پژوهش کمی از نوع مطالعات همبستگی و رویکرد مدل سازی معادله ساختاری کوواریانس محور است. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های رهبری تیم، یادگیری تیمی و عملکرد تیمی استفاده شد. پایایی و روایی پرسشنامه‌ها با تکنیک های آلفای کرانباخ و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی بررسی شدند، مقادیر پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها به‌ترتیب رهبری تیم(88/0)؛ یادگیری تیمی(85/0) و عملکرد تیمی(90/0) گزارش شد. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از مدل‌یابی معادلات‌ساختاری بوسیله نرم افزار Lisrel 10.30 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد رهبری تیم و یادگیری تیمی اثر مثبت بر عملکرد تیمی معلمان در سطح 05/0 دارند؛ رهبری تیم به‌واسطه یادگیری تیمی اثر مثبت بر عملکرد تیمی معلمان در سطح 05/0 دارد؛ همچنین رهبری تیم و یادگیری تیمی قادر به تببین 38% واریانس عملکرد تیمی معلمان هستند.
