Normalization of School Principals’ Managerial Creativity Assessment scale

This was a dual purpose study, the first of which is normalization of managerial creativity assessment scale from the perspective of high school teachers; the second purpose establishes a profile of the qualification of the managerial creativity of the school principals of Sanandaj using this standard tool. The current reaserch had a positivist epistemological orientation with a quantitative aprroach and evaluation method. The study population included 1256 Sanandaj high school teachers using Morgan table, 296 teachers were selected by stratified random sampling. After assessing the validity of the of managerial creativity using factor analysis and reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient the scale was used to assess managerial creativity of principals and the impact of demographic variables on how to assess the teacher. The results showed that teachers evaluated managerial creativity of managers at a high level in their workplace. Demographic variables of teachers had no significant correlation to the scores of the assessment of the managerial creativity. |
