شناسایی عوامل موثر بر پایداری برنامه های توسعه حرفه ای معلمان: رویکرد فراترکیب

توسعه حرفه ای برای معلمان به عنوان یک جزء حیاتی از سیاست ها برای افزایش کیفیت تدریس و یادگیری در مدارس شناخته شده است. در این زمینه، مسئله پایداری از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل موثر بر پایداری برنامه های توسعه حرفه ای معلمان بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و روش کیفی مبتنی بر رویکرد فراترکیب بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه ی اسناد، مقالات، کتابچه ها، فصل ها  و گزارش ها در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی Doaj، ResearchGate، MDPA، ScienceDirect،Emerald ، Elsevier ، Espringer، Taylor & Francis، Google Scholar،  ProQuestبود که پس از غربالگری، تعداد 38 اثر برای تحلیل انتخاب شدند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل محتوای کیفی و نرم افزار مکس کیودا استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش در 5 مقوله اصلی ( تامین و توسعه زیرساخت ها، ویژگی های برنامه، ویژگی های کاربران، ویژگی های سازمان، ویژگی های محیط بیرونی سازمان)  و 24 مقوله فرعی طبقه بندی شدند. براساس نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش می توان نتیجه گرفت که عوامل متعدد فردی، سازمانی و محیطی بر تقویت پایداری برنامه های توسعه حرفه ای معلمان تاثیر گذار هستند که در هنگام طراحی، اجرا و پیاده سازی و ارزیابی این برنامه ها بایستی نحوه ارتباط و تعامل آن ها با یکدیگر مد نظر قرار گیرد تا پایداری برنامه ها افزایش یابد و بهره وری لازم حاصل شود.
