Evaluation of the Effect of Organizational justice Components on Self-efficacy among Teachers of Pre-university in Kermanshah

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational justice components on Pre-university teachers’ self-efficacy in District 3, in Kermanshah City. The statistical population consisted of Pre-university teachers (N=200) in the district. 127 of them were selected as the sample using the systematic sampling method (n=127). The main instrument for gathering data was a questionnaire which its validity was confirmed by the panel of experts and its reliability was established by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient (a>./75). The data of descriptive and inferential sections were analyzed using SPSS version 23 software. Findings revealed that the present status of organizational justice and self-efficacy among Pre-university teachers in the district 3 Kermanshah was at the level of moderate and above. The result of the regression multi-analysis indicated that the organizational justice components (distributive, procedural and interactional) have a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy among Pre-university teachers in Kermanshah. The findings brought about suitable applications for helping the development of management education model for managers, planners and policy-makers of educational organization and pre-university schools in order to enhance self-efficacy among Pre-university teachers in Kermanshah. |
