Structural Equation Modeling Organizational Spirituality and Social Responsibility to Employees' Organizational Health

The aim of this study was to evaluate organizational spirituality and social responsibility in charge of organizational health staff. The research method was descriptive, correlational. The population, who were employees of school districts in Tabriz, 145 of whom were selected using cluster sampling method. Data from the questionnaires organizational spirituality Millman (2003), social responsibility and marching Heidarzadeh (1994) and organizational health Luz Graham (2005) were used. The construct validity of the questionnaire using confirmatory factor analysis to investigate and reliability with Cronbach's alpha respectively 0/92, 0/90 and 0/93 espectively .he results showed that organizational spirituality, social responsibility and organizational health is a significant positive relationship (p≤0/001). Structural equation modeling, the direct impact on organizational health and organizational spirituality and social responsibility of the corporate and social responsibility supported spirituality.
