شناسایی مؤلفه‌های انگیزشی-دلبستگی به مدرسه در دانش‌آموزان پایه دهم

هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی مؤلفه‌­های انگیزشی-دلبستگی به مدرسه برای دانش­‌آموزان پایه دهم بود که می‌تواند به جریان افزایش انگیزش و دلبستگی دانش‌­آموزان کمک کند. روش پژوهش، کیفی با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون با رویکرد قیاسی با استناد از رویکرد آتراید­–استرلینگ مؤلفه های انگیزشی-دلبستگی به مدرسه طراحی شد. جامعه آماری کلیه اسناد، متون (101 کتاب، مقالات علمی و پایان نامه آنلاین و ثبت­شده در پایگاه­های اطلاعات علمی الکترونیک) بود. پس از مطالعه، انتخاب و کدگذاری متون مقالات مرتبط با انگیزشی-دلبستگی به مدرسه، تعداد 7 مضمون سازمان­دهنده شناسایی و از این مضامین 28 مضمون پایه استخراج گردید. به منظور اعتبارسنجی آماری از طریق تأیید خبرگان، شاخص اعتبار محتوا (CVI) 92/0 به دست آمد. برای سنجش پایایی از ضریب هولستی 85٪ بهره گرفته شد که نشان­دهنده قابلیت اطمینان مطلوب بود. با شناخت و شناسایی مؤلفه­‌های انگیزشی-دلبستگی به مدرسه، امکان تدوین بسته­‌های آموزشی متناسب برای دوره­‌های مختلف تحصیلی فراهم می­‌شود و می­‌توان معلمان و دانش­آموزان را در رابطه با مؤلفه­‌های مذکور، توانمند نمود.
