Investigating the Relationship between Learning Organization Culture and Knowledge Sharing Orientation of experts of University of Tehran

In this study, the degree of effect of new Education Management Model compared with traditional model on the students' self-efficacy in terms of behavior initiation, efforts for behavior continuation, and coping with the problems and limitations in solving math problems through quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test with both groups. Two classes; each with 36 students’ fourth grade high school in Asadabad city were selected and one class placed randomly in the experimental group and the other in the control group. Training course for both groups was 12 sessions of 90 minutes of equal content carried out within 8 weeks. The control group received traditional training and the experimental group was taught by using new Education Management Model structured with the Bandura's theory of self-efficacy. The shere’s Efficacy Scale with estimated reliability and validity and in data analyzing, independent t-test and analysis of covariance was used. The results showed statistically significant differences in students' self-efficacy by using mathematics education with Education Management Model in the experimental group compared with the control group. Based on the findings of this research, application of the new model of Education Management as a new strategy were recommended to develop and improve students' self-efficacy in teaching math. |
