Teachers are one of the important and main pillars in the structure of education, whose quality and quantity have a direct effect on the problems and performance of education. The present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the factors of innovative teachers in the education system of the Islamic Republic of Iran with qualitative quality. This research is practical in terms of purpose and was done using the method given by the foundation. The sampling used in this research was cluster sampling with the purposeful sampling method. The main source of information collection was conducting educational interviews with experienced teachers and managers and expert professors in the field of education. until reaching theoretical saturation. A total of 18 interviews were conducted. After collecting the data, the codes related to the written interviews were analyzed using the coding method. Research studies that are the final model of the research after completing the three stages of open, central and selective coding. It shows that the factors affecting the innovative teacher in the education system with 87 codes and in 5 categories are causal factors, background factors, intervening factors, strategies and consequences. Therefore, with the application of these factors, it can be said that it is necessary to change the teacher's work method.
