Given the need to build and utilize indigenous models, the present study was conducted with the aim of designing a model for increasing managers' productivity at Farhangian University. In this regard, this research is applied in terms of purpose and mixed method (qualitative-quantitative). The process owners to achieve the manager productivity model; semi-structured interviews included 18 experts and experts with a purpose and until theoretical saturation. In the quantitative stage, using the Krejci-Morgan table, 126 people were selected as a sample from the statistical population (314 people), managers of the central and provincial organizations of Farhangian University of the country with a cluster random sampling method. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistical methods; exploratory factor analysis, t-test, analysis of variance and repeated measures test were used. The findings showed; Motivational factors, intra-organizational factors and extrinsic factors have been identified as factors affecting the productivity of managers. The components of motivational factors with an average of 3.89 are considered more important than other characteristics, and the components of intra-organizational factors and extrinsic factors are in the next priorities according to the importance index. To improve the productivity of university human resources, it is necessary to provide a more suitable background and platform to strengthen the university in society. Because the productivity of human resources is affected by the social, cultural, political and economic contexts of the country.
