Investigating the Relationship between Managers' Quantum Skills and Improving the Decision Making System by Emphasizing the Mediating Role of Policy Making

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between managers' quantum skills and to improve the decision-making system with an emphasis on the mediating role of policy-making. The research method was descriptive-correlational in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection. The statistical population included all members of the faculty of Mazandaran Azad University, 1461 people, using the random sampling method of multi-stage clusters of 305 people were selected for study. Morgan's table was used to estimate the sample size. The data collection tools were a standard questionnaire for giant quantitative and Razavi quantum skills (2014) and a researcher-made questionnaire for policy making and improvement of the decision-making system. The results showed that the mediating role of policymaking in the relationship between the seven quantum skills of managers including quantum sense skills, quantum cognition, quantum trust, quantum thinking, quantum vision, quantum operation, quantum existence by improving the decision-making system was positive and significant.
