واکاوی روش‌های تدریس اثربخش رشته مدیریت آموزشی در دانشگاه‌های شهر تهران

هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی مولفه‌های تدریس اثربخش در رشته مدیریت آموزشی بود. پژوهش به روش کیفی با رویکرد پدیدارنگاری انجام شد. داده‌ها به واسطه مثلثسازی جمعآوری شدند؛ شامل: مشاهده کلاس‌های درس، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با 14 استاد رشته مدیریت آموزشی که با روش نمونه گیری شدت در پژوهش شرکت داشتند و مطالعه سرفصل مقطع کارشناسی ارشد رشته مدیریت آموزشی، مصوب وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری بود. داده­ ها، به روش تحلیل محتوا کیفی بررسی شدند. برای تعیین اعتبار داده ­ها علاوه بر فن مثلث­ سازی، سه نفر از متخصصین برنامه درسی داده‌ها را بررسی و اعتبار آنها را تایید کردند. یافته‌ها نشان داد روش‌ تدریس درس‌های تخصصی مقطع کارشناسی ارشد رشته مدیریت آموزشی عملمحور نیست، بیشتر جنبه نظری دارد و دانشجویان درگیر با موضوع نمی‌شوند. مولفه‌های تدریس اثربخش در 7 مقوله دسته‌بندی شدند: اهمیت تدریس مدیریت آموزشی، تدریس به روش گفتوگو در عمل، یادگیرنده درگیر در تدریس و یادگیری، فناوری آموزش به مثابه همکار تدریس، محتوا شبکهمحور، کلاس به مثابه کافه یادگیری و نگاه سیستمی به تدریس. همچنین، تدریس اثربخش در رشته مدیریت آموزشی‌، مستلزم حرکت به فراسوی کلاس درس است. لذا، پیشنهاد می شود محتوای رشته مدیریت آموزشی با تمرکز بر حضور دانشجویان در محیطهای آموزشی بازنویسی شود.
