The effect of social capital and knowledge transfer on organizational performance with the mediating role of intellectual capital (case study: Employees of the General Directorate of Education, Khorasan Razavi)

Intellectual capital exists in all organizations as a source of knowledge that can be used for the valuable innovation process, and social capital as a social phenomenon that affects the organization's performance causes creativity, ideation, facilitating knowledge behaviors and risk-taking. The aim of the present study was to investigate the impact of social capital on organizational performance with an emphasis on the transfer of knowledge and intellectual capital of employees of the General Directorate of Education, Khorasan Razavi. The statistical population includes all the employees of the General Administration of Education of Razavi Khorasan (the seven districts of Mashhad) with a number of 6000 people, who were employed in 1400-1401, and the sample size was determined as 361 people based on the Cochran formula. And the non-random sampling method has been available. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey research method. Standard questionnaires were used  and to measure the validity of the research questionnaire, convergent validity and divergent validity were used and Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability were used to measure reliability. In order to analyze descriptive and inferential data, SPSS software and SmartPLS structural equation modeling were used. The results of the research showed that social capital has a direct and significant effect on the organizational performance and intellectual capital of the employees of the General Directorate of Education, Khorasan Razavi. Knowledge transfer has a direct and significant effect on the organizational performance and intellectual capital of the employees of the General Department of Education of Khorasan Razavi. Also, intellectual capital mediates the effect of social capital on the organizational performance of the employees of Razavi Khorasan Department of Education and the effect of knowledge transfer on organizational performance.
