The research community included over 80 articles, from which 40 documents were selected for analysis. The research field included more than 80 articles, from which 40 documents were selected for analysis. In the data analysis process, 112 open codes were first extracted, then 13 main categories and finally 4 overarching concepts were identified as dimensions of digital leadership. The findings showed that digital leadership consists of 4 dimensions and 13 components: 1) Managerial Dimension (6 components: digital vision, support for faculty and staff in developing digital skills, digital governance, leadership and support for digital innovations, data-driven decision-making, and resource organization for digital transformation); 2) Personal Dimension (2 components: cognitive skills and acceptance of change); 3) Technical Dimension (3 components: digital literacy, security skills, and digital architecture); 4) Social Dimension (2 components: use of digital communication media and digital learning community). These dimensions serve as the foundation for digital leadership in educational systems and can contribute to enhancing the quality of education and learning. Based on these dimensions, higher education institutions can develop effective strategies for implementing digital leadership.
