Objective: This study aimed to investigate the factors affecting the adoption of new technologies based on artificial intelligence in the field of entrepreneurship education among students at Razi University. In terms of objective, this research is applied, and in terms of data collection method, it is a descriptive-survey of correlational type. The statistical population consisted of students at Razi University who had taken entrepreneurship courses in the second semester of the academic year 2024–2025. Sampling was conducted using a census method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. The data analysis method was structural equation modeling using Smart PLS4 and SPSS20 software. The findings showed that all research hypotheses were confirmed except for the relationship between AI-based technology skills and the organizational dimension of AI-based technologies. The organizational dimension had a negative and significant effect on the adoption of AI-based technologies, while the environmental dimension showed a positive and stronger effect. The results indicate that although the technological context and individual attitudes are in place for the final adoption of AI technologies in entrepreneurship education at universities, organizational and structural barriers may still be the most significant obstacles. This research provides valuable insights for educational policymakers and planners.
