The model of improving the quality of staff training (case study: Broadcasting Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran)

The present research was conducted based on the qualitative content analysis method and with the participation of managers, experts and experts in the fields of education and media, who were selected by purposeful sampling. The theoretical saturation of data adequacy index was obtained after semi-structured interviews with 17 participants. The method of data analysis was content analysis with an inductive approach. After several interviews, the initial model of coding and analysis was obtained, and after converting the data obtained from the desired tool into textual findings, the data were categorized. The findings showed that the model framework for improving the quality of employee education has 33 factors (educational needs assessment, organization managers, learners, goal setting, course content, instructors, human resources in education, facilities and equipment, feedback on the evaluation results of previous courses, financial resources and budget, competitive environment, adaptation of the educational system and strategic strategy of the organization, (planning of educational courses, curriculum planning of adult education, organizational culture, teacher's capabilities in implementation, studying learners, adapting the educational process to standards, evaluation, rules and regulations Educational, the role of managers in the educational process, the behavior of learners, cultural and social factors, the teaching-learning process, public services, the image of the organization, (individual-educational-organizational) (individual-organizational-extra-organizational) 155 criteria and number 910 The index corresponding to the characteristics of the employee training system was identified and finally a proposed model was introduced to improve the educational quality of the employees of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting in the input, process, output and outcome stages.
